Festa Stavileci is a Partner at PRI Legal & Partners, where she plays a central role in the firm’s commercial contracts, company law, and investment law practice. She represents a new generation of commercially focused lawyers, combining international legal training, regional practice experience, and a strong understanding of business-driven legal solutions.

Festa holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Duke University School of Law, and an LL.B. from the University of Prishtina. Her international legal education, paired with hands-on experience in Kosovo and cross-border matters, enables her to advise clients with a sophisticated understanding of both common-law and civil-law approaches to commercial and corporate issues.

She currently serves as a Legal Expert with a Public-Private Dialogue project implemented by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where she supports reforms to strengthen Kosovo’s business and investment environment. Her work includes comparative legal analysis, policy drafting, and close engagement with public and private stakeholders to address regulatory and structural barriers to enterprise and investment.

Prior to joining PRI Legal & Partners, Festa worked as an associate at a leading law firm in Prishtina. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts across the business, energy, and technology sectors; contributing to corporate due diligence for complex transactions; and advising on shareholder arrangements and contractual risk allocation.

Festa also brings strong litigation and dispute-resolution exposure, having drafted pleadings and legal memoranda in commercial and administrative disputes, as well as representing clients in IP-related proceedings. Her background allows her to approach transactions with a clear understanding of how contracts and corporate arrangements perform in enforcement scenarios.

In parallel with her practice, Festa serves as an External Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina, teaching civil law, civil procedure, and property law, further strengthening her analytical rigor and ability to communicate complex legal concepts with clarity.
