Through our Pro Bono Strategic Litigation Program, we engage in select public interest and constitutional cases aimed at reshaping legal interpretation and strengthening institutional integrity. Our mission is to contribute to a more just, transparent, and business-conducive legal environment across Kosovo, Albania, and North Macedonia.

Targeted Impact Through Litigation

We undertake legal representation before courts and public institutions in cases that can catalyze legal modernization, regulatory transparency, and social accountability. The program is particularly focused on cases with the potential to establish forward-looking legal interpretations that support the development of democratic governance, inclusive economies, and rights-based market access.

Integrating International and Comparative Legal Thought

Our team draws on experience in European Union law, international human rights law, and comparative commercial doctrine to assist courts in integrating global legal standards into domestic practice. Whether referencing EU accession-related obligations, European Court of Human Rights case law, or innovations in regulatory design from peer jurisdictions, we help translate complex legal insights into actionable arguments within the region’s legal systems.
